From the moment you arrive, you'll be won over by this magnificent 350 m² property, made up of two adjoining homes fully renovated in 2020. Stone, wood, and the warmth of local Normandy materials give the place its charm, while contemporary comfort ensures a holiday with no compromises.

In the heart of the Normandy countryside, in Serez-le-Bois, a stone's throw from Pacy-sur-Eure and around 1 hr–1 hr 15 from Paris (Bueil train station approx. 6 km away).
This characterful residence of nearly 400 m² (398 m² of living space) brings together a main house, an extension, and an annexe within an enclosed, tree-lined estate. Antique terracotta tiles, chequerboard floors, brick fireplaces, and solid beams give the place its charm, while the bedrooms and bathrooms — renovated in a contemporary spirit — deliver real comfort.
